Villa Miami has officially unveiled The Copper Club, a first-of-its-kind residents-only social club by Major Food Group (MFG) that will set a new standard for luxury living. Blending the finest in culture, cuisine, and wellness, the breathtaking club—which anchors levels 3 to 5 of the highly anticipated 56-story tower —thrillingly reimagines the private member experience, leveraging Mario Carbone, Jeff Zalaznick, and Rich Torrisi’s world-renowned hospitality pedigree.

Developed in a partnership between David Martin’s Terra and One Thousand Group, the 650-foot tower is slated for delivery in late 2027.

“After a decade raising the bar for dining, hospitality, and membership experiences, The Copper Club is the first private social club we’ve conceptualized exclusively for residents,” said Jeff Zalaznick, Co-Founder of MFG. “Our mission is to show the world what’s possible for residential living in the modern era, combining impeccable design, exceptional service, and exclusive experiences in one place, and around the clock. It’s an honor to bring this dream to life in Miami, the city we are proud to call home.”

The Copper Club rises through Villa Miami, beginning with the grand restaurant on the ground and second floors, featuring an outdoor terrace overlooking Biscayne Bay and marking MFG’s first waterfront concept. Designed by AD100’s Charles & Co., led by Vicky Charles, floors 3-5 are dedicated exclusively to residents, offering private dining rooms, lounges, a fitness center, and an entire floor devoted to wellness. The club experience is complemented by a rooftop helipad and heli lounge, as well as an off-site branded beach club.

“Working with a brand like Major Food Group is something entirely novel for the Miami condo space,” said David Martin, CEO of Terra. “Their expertise goes far beyond restaurants and cuisine, spanning private clubs and some of the most coveted events in the country, which speaks directly to their ability to anticipate what residents want and need.”

On Level 3, residents enjoy two private dining rooms catered by the downstairs MFG restaurant, along with the Great Room featuring a staffed bar serving cocktails, coffee, and appetizers with stunning bay views.

“For the majority of our careers, we’ve practiced our craft within the four walls of a restaurant—an experience that by definition is bound to end after a couple of hours,” says partner Mario Carbone, who, in over two decades in business, has proven his mastery of hospitality together with Zalaznick and Torrisi.  “The inspiring opportunity at Villa Miami was, how can we apply MFG’s exceptional, intuitive, highly detail-oriented style throughout 24 hours? Can I take care of somebody all day from the moment they wake up to the moment they go to bed? That became the singular, enormous vision of The Copper Club.”

“Hospitality’s in my blood. Working with other great people in the industry tempted me back into this world, and what continues to inspire me is how much of it comes down to design,” said Vicky Charles, interior designer for the tower. “For the Copper Club, we wanted to explore the materials of old Europe in a contemporary setting, focusing on a sense of grandeur, but paired with soft furniture and textiles to ensure a relaxed residential feel.”

Level 4 expands entertainment and wellness options with a fitness center designed with nods to fine spas and private clubs. The fitness area includes state-of-the-art equipment, yoga and boxing rooms, personal training rooms, and access to the spa level above. The screening room and kids’ playroom remain accessible, fostering community for all ages.

The Copper Club’s Level 5 is a tranquil wellness oasis. Residents can unwind in a lagoon-style pool decorated with Mediterranean sea-green tilework. Adjacent are herbal saunas, hot and cold plunge pools inspired by the thermal spas of the Italian island of Ischia, and a marble steam room infused with eucalyptus and lavender for deep relaxation. An herbal sauna offers stunning waterfront views, completing the spa experience. The meditation lounge provides a peaceful setting for mindfulness and relaxation, with rehydrating IV drips available to replenish energy. The full-service salon on this level offers haircuts, blowouts, nail services, and styling to prepare residents for any occasion.

Integral to The Copper Club experience is an exceptional level of personalized service led by a dedicated concierge known as the Major Domo. The concierge handles everything from securing hard-to-get theater tickets and restaurant reservations to arranging pet care, floral services, and bespoke private events.

Culinary specialists assist with stocking residents’ pantries with Mario Carbone’s preferred herbs, spices, and imported delicacies, while also supporting impeccably catered dinner parties tailored to each home.

“The Copper Club represents the essence of what makes Villa Miami so extraordinary,” said Kevin Venger, Co-Founder of One Thousand Group. “By partnering with Major Food Group to create a residents-only social club, we’re delivering an unprecedented level of lifestyle and exclusivity—where world-class dining, wellness, and hospitality are not just amenities, but part of everyday life at Villa Miami.”

Villa Miami presents a limited collection of just 70 half- and full-floor residences, each defined by world-class service, design, and culinary excellence. The tower is the first-ever residential development branded by the globally celebrated Major Food Group and marks the inaugural collaboration between Miami legacy developer David Martin’s Terra and One Thousand Group.
