Truluck’s Ocean’s Finest Seafood and Crab – a premier dining destination, renowned for high-quality seafood, exceptional service, and steadfast dedication to sustainability – is proud to debut its menus for Miami Spice and Dine Out Lauderdale at its two South Florida restaurants in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
Taking place from August 1 through September 30, 2026, guests can choose from two three-course Miami Spice menus priced at $40 and $65 or a four-course menu priced at $95 at Truluck’s Miami. At Truluck’s Fort Lauderdale, guests can indulge in the three-course Dine Out Lauderdale dinner menu for $60. The three-course fine dining experiences feature a choice of signature starter, entrée, and dessert, including Truluck’s favorites and seasonal features. The four-course Miami Spice menu also includes a signature salad.
Whether guests are dining before a concert, celebrating a special occasion, planning a night out, or discovering Truluck’s for the first time, Miami Spice and Dine Out Lauderdale are the perfect opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable afternoon or evening at Truluck’s.

Miami Spice Lunch Menu
Truluck’s Miami will serve a three-course lunch for $40 per guest. Guests may choose one selection from each course.
- Starters: Sonoma greens salad with spicy pecans, goat cheese, apples, dried cranberries and honey vinaigrette; little gem Caesar salad with shaved Parmesan, Parker House croutons and Caesar-style dressing; lobster bisque with aged sherry and lobster morsels; jumbo shrimp cocktail with horseradish cocktail sauce; or prime meatballs with house steak sauce.
- Entrées: Filet medallions with Parmesan mashed potatoes and lemon-garlic butter; jalapeño salmon béarnaise with Parmesan mashed potatoes, blue crab and sautéed shrimp; sesame-seared tuna with Parmesan mashed potatoes and tamari reduction; petit scallop and shrimp sauté with Florentine cauliflower rice and lemon vinaigrette; roasted natural chicken with basil-Parmesan mashed potatoes, garlic-butter sauce and crispy capers; pappardelle Bolognese with mushroom ragù, tomato, vegan cashew ricotta and basil; or a steak sandwich with caramelized onion, truffle aioli, dynamite sauce and arugula on a toasted baguette.
- Dessert: Citrus-misu with citrus mascarpone, soaked ladyfingers and basil-scented strawberries; berries and cream with vanilla-infused cream and Grand Marnier; or petit carrot cake for a $5 upgrade.

Miami Spice Dinner Menu
The three-course Miami Spice dinner costs $65 per guest and features a choice of starter, entrée and dessert.
- Starters: Little gem Caesar salad; Sonoma greens salad; iceberg lettuce wedge; tomato salad; burrata and stone fruit salad; shrimp cocktail; prime meatballs; or lobster bisque.
- Entrées: Jalapeño salmon béarnaise; sesame-seared tuna; petit scallop and shrimp sauté; 6-ounce filet mignon, with 8-ounce and 12-ounce upgrades available for $9 and $16; roasted natural chicken; pappardelle Bolognese; or Ora King salmon for a $10 upgrade.
- Dessert: Petit chocolate malt cake; petit key lime pie; petit carrot cake; or citrus-misu.
- Indulgences: King crab-truffle butter, $14; cherrywood bacon-wrapped shrimp, $18; jumbo lump crab cake, $27; or crispy tempura lobster, $36.
Exclusively on Sundays, a 14-ounce prime rib, slow-roasted and carved to order, is available as part of the Miami Spice menu or à la carte. An 18-ounce portion is available for a $15 upgrade.

Miami Spice premium dinner menu
The four-course Signature Dining Experience costs $95 per guest and begins with a chef-selected amuse-bouche.
- Starters: Lobster bisque; shrimp cocktail; jumbo lump crab cake with dilled tartar sauce; or prime meatballs.
- Salads: Little gem Caesar salad; Sonoma greens salad; iceberg lettuce wedge; tomato salad; or burrata and stone fruit salad.
- Entrées: Ora King salmon; sesame-seared tuna; petit scallop and shrimp sauté; 8-ounce filet mignon; 14-ounce center-cut prime New York strip; roasted natural chicken; pappardelle Bolognese; or filet medallions and butter-poached lobster tail with chive potato purée, asparagus and lemon beurre blanc.
- Dessert: Petit carrot cake; petit chocolate malt cake; petit key lime pie; or citrus-misu.

Dine Out Lauderdale Dinner Menu
Truluck’s Fort Lauderdale will serve a three-course dinner for $60 per guest during Dine Out Lauderdale.
- Starters: Little gem Caesar salad; Sonoma greens salad; iceberg wedge salad; tomato salad; burrata and stone fruit salad for a $5 upgrade; shrimp cocktail; prime meatballs; or lobster bisque.
- Entrées: Jalapeño salmon béarnaise; sesame-seared tuna; petit scallop and shrimp sauté; 6-ounce filet mignon, with 8-ounce and 12-ounce upgrades available for $9 and $16; roasted natural chicken; pappardelle Bolognese; or Ora King salmon for a $10 upgrade.
- Dessert: Petit carrot cake; petit chocolate malt cake; petit key lime pie; or citrus-misu for a $6 upgrade.
