You may know South Beach as Miami’s prime coastline, but North Beach, its more laidback sister, is giving the famous neighborhood a run for its money.

Ocean Terrace, a new ultra-luxury resort debuting in 2029, is launching a premier collection of Resort Residences in North Beach that promises to elevate design and lifestyle in the area and finally secure the seaside village’s position on the world map. Developed by Witkoff, the 24 fully furnished Resort Residences are priced from $3.5 million for private residents and will also be available for hotel stays when the property opens. The interiors are designed by Robert AM Stern Architects (RAMSA), the famous New York firm, and mark their first-ever Resort Residences project, an exciting foray into hospitality design that owners and travelers alike will enjoy. Architecture is being led by Revuelta Architecture International.

Located directly on the ocean between 74th and 75th Streets with 350 feet of shoreline, Ocean Terrace includes these Resort Residences, as well as a separate 52-residence condominium tower, curated retail spaces that enrich the local streetscape, a private members club as well as a RAMSA reimagined historic hotel that will feature 42 luxury guest rooms. It spans an entire oceanfront block and recently completed a five-acre Raymond Jungles-designed public park that blends nature, art and community. The park features an art installation by acclaimed Parisian sculptor Prune Nourry, and more exciting art and experiences distinct to North Beach are on the way.
