Exclusive “Dine with the Developers” Cocktail and Dinner Event Celebrates Top Brokers at Shoma Bay

On Wednesday, May 15, Shoma Bay, an exciting waterfront project from Shoma Group coming to North Bay Village, hosted an exclusive event honoring VIP brokers who achieved remarkable sales success at Shoma Bay, selling at least two units a piece. The event, held at the Shoma Bay Sales Gallery, 1133 Normandy Dr., Miami Beach, FL, 33141, from 7-9 p.m., offered a unique opportunity for these distinguished brokers to engage directly with the developers, Masoud and Stephanie Shojaee. This special evening not only celebrated the achievements of Shoma Bay’s top brokers, but also fostered deeper connections and collaborations within the community.

The evening began with a refined cocktail hour, where guests enjoyed gourmet hors d’oeuvres and the enchanting live music of violinist Frank Lima. Following the cocktail reception, guests were treated to an elegant three-course dinner, providing an intimate setting for in=depth discussion with the visionaries behind Shoma Bay. Each attendee was presented with an exclusive bottle of Shoma Bay wine from the developers personal collection, elegantly packaged in a beautifully crafted wooden box.
