El-Ad National Properties, an Elad Group company with a South Florida-based team, is pleased to announce that on Feb. 6, 2024, permanent power for its ALINA Residences’ ALINA 210 was turned on. This is just months before residents’ summer 2024 ahead-of-schedule move-in. ALINA Residences, currently under construction, is an award-winning, world-class residential destination in the heart of downtown Boca Raton.

Noam Ziv, CEO of El-Ad National Properties; and Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Brokerage, Douglas Elliman Florida Region and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida turned on the power at the property on Feb. 6, 2024.

This milestone is yet another example of continuing construction progress at ALINA Residences. Residential flooring installation is almost complete to make way for custom Italian cabinets and Gaggenau appliances. In February, ALINA 210’s amenity deck hardscape adjacent to The Boca Raton golf course will be installed and operational, with lush landscaping to follow. Other upcoming construction milestones for this bespoke building include elaborate Italian art mosaic tile installation for the spa, which will include a sauna, steam room and the ability for residents to create their own personalized thermal circuit. The finish of the two-story lobby will include hand cut walnut sculptural walls as well as an 11-foot wide by over 17 feet high installation by Plant the Future, a Miami-based award-winning Biophilic Art Studio founded in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District.

ALINA 210 and 220, two nine-story buildings which comprise phase two of ALINA Residences, are more than 70% sold and will complete the project. ALINA 210’s move-in ready residences are expected to be delivered ahead of schedule in summer 2024. ALINA 220 is expected to be delivered in late 2024.

“We are pleased to continue toward delivering ALINA Residences 210 ahead of schedule,” said Ziv. “By turning on the permanent electricity in February 2024, we are happy to progress even further to having ALINA 210 residents move in during summer 2024. The entire ALINA project will be completed in late 2024.”

We continue to experience significant demand for ALINA Residences as Boca Raton continues to transform and grow in popularity amongst a broad spectrum of prospective buyers,” said Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Brokerage, Douglas Elliman Florida Region and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida. “Palm Beach County is a hot market for high-net-worth individuals, and ALINA offers the ultimate South Florida lifestyle.”

When ALINA 220 is delivered in late 2024, ALINA Residences will comprise three buildings: ALINA 200 (121 residences, which are completed, sold out and occupied), ALINA 210 (30 residences) and ALINA 220 (152 residences), for a total of 303 units. ALINA 210 and ALINA 220 feature a variety of available residences and floorplans.

While the amenities at ALINA 210 are exclusive to the 30 residents who make their home there, all ALINA residents enjoy the rooftop lap pool with private cabanas at ALINA 220, which beckons with ocean views. Additional upscale amenities across the sprawling campus include his and hers spa facilities with dry saunas, steam rooms, treatment rooms and relaxation rooms, state-of-the-art fitness centers, a studio with a professional-level golf and sports simulator, fire pits, dedicated yoga areas, exquisitely appointed club rooms, a dog park and more.

Tucked between the manicured green fairways of The Boca Raton and Southeast Mizner Boulevard, ALINA Residences is within walking distance to downtown Boca Raton’s restaurants, art galleries, salons, and boutiques, including the Mizner Park Amphitheater and the Boca Raton Museum of Art. The city’s iconic beaches and pristine parks are just minutes away.

Residences are priced from approximately $2 million to more than $10 million. Construction preview tours are now being scheduled for select units in ALINA 210 and ALINA 220, with preference offered to new purchasers.
