Taste of Summer Arrives at AVRA Estiatorio Miami with New Three-Course Prix Fixe Menu
AVRA Estiatorio Miami, the acclaimed Greek seafood restaurant located within The Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach, is debuting Taste of Summer, a three-course prix fixe menu celebrating Hellenic favorites from land and sea.
Guests begin with a choice of Greek Salad or Romaine Salad, followed by an entrée selection that includes Grilled Tsipoura, a whole Mediterranean sea bream; Marinated Chicken Brochette, an herb-marinated chicken skewer served with grilled seasonal vegetables and lemon-oregano jus; or Braised Short Rib served with garlic mashed potatoes. The meal concludes with a choice of Portokalopita, a traditional Greek orange cake, or Greek Yogurt with sour cherries and Greek honey. Each course reflects AVRA’s dedication to the finest ingredients sourced from local purveyors and artisanal producers in Greece and throughout the Mediterranean.
