Kicking off the holiday season on December 22, Canush, Miami’s design-forward destination for luxury furniture and home décor, hosted an intimate ceramic candleholder-making experience in collaboration with local ceramic artist Erica Lores. The cozy, hands-on workshop brought together a small group of guests for an evening centered on craftsmanship, intentional living and supporting local creatives, all set inside the Canush showroom.
The evening was introduced by Founder Danushka Boulos, who welcomed guests and shared the brand’s vision of creating meaningful, community-driven moments beyond retail. Guided by Erica Lores, attendees learned foundational hand-building techniques and crafted their own ceramic candleholders from start to finish. The experience was complemented by bubbly pours, light bites courtesy of beloved café and bakery maman, a set of holiday candles to pair with each finished piece and a curated Canush goodie bag. Guests also enjoyed time to browse and shop Canush’s thoughtfully curated collection for last-minute holiday gifting.
The experience marked a warm close to the holiday season while offering a preview of the creative pop-ups Canush will continue to roll out in 2026, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to design, storytelling, and community connection.
