As Palm Beach enters its most festive weeks, Café Boulud Palm Beach at The Brazilian Court is preparing two seasonal menus that highlight the flavors and traditions that define this time of year.

The Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner menu showcases winter dishes such as Chestnut Celery Velouté with truffle crème, Red Snapper Crudo with razor clam ceviche and saffron nage, and Pâté en Croûte with foie gras and pear compote. Entrées include Black Truffle Cacio e Pepe Tagliatelle, Dover Sole with hazelnut beurre blanc and lemon confit, Diver Scallops with maitake and prosciutto jus, and Wagyu Bavette with pommes Darphin. Throughout the evening, the kitchen offers the option to enrich the occasion with selections from the caviar and black truffle service. The dessert selection rounds out the experience with seasonal favorites, including Apple Tatin, Bouche Chocolat Noisette, and a pear-and-orange Vacherin.

On Christmas Day, the celebration continues with a festive holiday brunch. The menu blends classic brunch comforts with French technique, featuring Buttermilk Waffles with citrus marmalade, a Black Truffle Omelette with chèvre and watercress, Steak & Eggs paired with Wagyu bavette and pommes Lyonnaise, and the restaurant’s Dover Sole accompanied by Pernod-braised fennel and hazelnut beurre blanc. To finish, the pastry team will feature a curated rotation of holiday desserts, including Sticky Toffee Pudding, Chocolate Fondant with bourbon caramel, and Mont Blanc, offering a warm and nostalgic close to the celebration.
