For a more relaxed gathering, UVA Restaurant & Bar offers a bright, bistro-inspired atmosphere adjacent to the hotel’s lobby, making it equally suited for leisurely mornings or casual celebrations.
At the center of the experience is the menu created by Executive Chef Yohsy Hernandez, whose Cuban heritage and classical French training come together in dishes that feel both familiar and elevated. Signature offerings include a Croque Madame layered with truffle bechamel, amón, Gruyère and a fried egg, a rich Short Rib Benedict with truffle hollandaise. Also featured are Huevos Rancheros served with black bean purée and avocado, and Chicken and Waffles Elevated, featuring crispy fried chicken, a Liège waffle and hot honey.
