Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s Day, Love is Love is Love! Here are some fabulous foodie options & artistic activities to express your love, South Florida style!
MIAMI
Phillip & Patricia Frost Museum of Science
Delve into a private tasting under the iconic Aquarium Oculus at the Frost Museum.
Curated by the team at Constellation Culinary Group, seating for two includes a champagne toast and the Black Magic signature cocktail (Black Vodka, lime juice, simple syrup and edible pearl dust). Dinner includes the Black Frozen Dome, a duck fat charcoal-infused frozen carrot bubble encased in ginger and lime marinated crab, hearts of palm. Float into The Cloud for dessert, made with goat milk sorbet, lime gel and crispy lime meringue covered by passion fruit spun fluff, gold foil specs, currant jam, and shaved dark chocolate with ice-cream and fluff.
This Valentine’s Day Uchi will offer their guests a special ten course omakase menu for $250* per couple. Oysters served with a champagne mignonette start the night, A5 Striploin served with a beef fat fritter anchors the savory selections, and a chocolate candy bar closes the night.

For $85 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, the four-course prix-fixe Valentine’s Day menu allows you to choose from Conant’s signature spaghetti, lobster tagliolini, or filet. For dessert, diners will be able to choose from espresso and praline Tiramisu or the fragola delice.

Michael Mina’s four-course prix-fixe menu is priced at $95 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Diners will be able to choose from the Instant Bacon, tuna tartare, filet mignon, prime boneless rib eye, lobster pot pie, miso salmon, roasted brick chicken, and more. For dessert, an indulgent Lava Cake and Pavlova are available.
Chef Michael Mina’s steakhouse inside the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, will be offering a three-course prix fixe on Valentine’s Day. Priced at $150 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), guests will have a choice of an appetizer, entree accompanied by a trio of farm fresh side dishes and a dessert from the restaurant’s coveted menu. Highlights include the 16 oz. Delmonico ribeye, miso-glazed sea bass; market oysters, and the signature wedge salad.

This Valentine’s Day, the restaurant will be offering their regular a la carte menu alongside some one-time specials, including tuna tartare ($19) lobster ravioli ($24), short rib truffle risotto ($39) and sea Bass with tequila lime sauce ($39).

This Valentine’s Day, Chef Hedy Goldsmith’s brunch specials include King Crab legs served chilled or with bacon leek gratin, warm shrimp salad, roasted tomato “BLT” soup, steak and eggs and banana Nutella bread pudding. Wash it all down with the daytime rose specials.
Dine on Villa Azur’s spacious courtyard for Valentine’s Day and enjoy a special la carte menu (or their regular dinner menu.) Entrees include the lobster linguine ($49), braised rib ($55), and the dulce de leche semifreddo for 2 ($22) plated with assorted macaroons, black chocolate truffles, white chocolate truffles, chocolate bonbons and chocolate covered strawberries.
The Drawing Room, the speakeasy lounge at The Shelborne South Beach, is offering Rice, Rolls and Romance, a menu of sushi and sake offerings, including salmon and snow crab. Each order includes six pieces ($18). The evening’s appetizer is a heart-shaped crunchy spicy tuna tartare ($16).

DIY Valentine & Mural Class with Registered Artist at WYN 317

Join Miami-based muralist and stencil artist Registered Artist at WYN 317 as he discusses his creative process and teaches participants how to create their own stenciled Valentine’s Day cards. Art gallery WYN 317 will hold a socially distanced outdoor screening of Frida. Front row seats ($30 per person) will be arranged in pods of 2-4 for couples or friends and will include a complimentary bottle of prosecco (1 per couple) and a tasting menu by g.l.o.w.
General admission tickets ($12 per person) will include complimentary popcorn and a split of prosecco. This is a 21+ event.
BROWARD
At Casa Sensei three dinner seating options will be offered, 5PM, 7PM and 9PM, which will include a complimentary champagne toast and one red rose per couple (to be presented at the end of the meal). Savor regular dinner menu as well as exclusive menu specials.
Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant
Set the table for romance this Valentine’s Day! Chef Stephen Puhr of Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant will show you how to prepare a seductive dinner for two featuring Filet Medallions and Parmesan Crusted Lobster Tails on the next Cooking with The Galleria free virtual tutorial series on Facebook Live, Tuesday, February 9, at 2 p.m. This special meal will be available for dine-in (Feb. 12 – 14) or as a take-home meal kit. One segment viewer will be selected to receive a deluxe salt sampler valued at $49.95 from The Spice Lab, now open at The Galleria across from Bath & Body Works.
Burlock Coast
The Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale is celebrating love with a Valentine’s Day Package for two. The package, offered on Sunday, February 14 from 12 PM to 5 PM, will be priced at $69 per couple and includes a bottle of Champagne, a seafood platter, and dessert—a dreamy six-layer devil’s food cake with Nutella mousse, toasted hazelnuts, fresh raspberries, Chambord sauce, and raspberry gelato.

PALM BEACH
Bubbles for Couples at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa
The two-night Bubbles for Couples package starts with a in-room welcome bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Daily breakfast is privately served on the guest room’s balcony. The package also includes a Chef’s multi-course dinner for two served in one of the secluded oceanfront cabanas along with a complimentary bottle of house red or white wine or house champagne. Pricing for Valentine’s Day Weekend is from $3,358 for two, two night stay (all other February dates are priced from $2,558).
Enjoy a handcrafted four course prix- fixe menu featuring beet tartare over bibb lettuce, seared scallops, braised short rib, and a molten chocolate lava cake with pistachio ice cream.
The menu also features unlimited cocktails, house wines, champagne, or beer for just $99 per person, and is available from 5 PM to 10 PM on Sunday, February 14, 2021.

Flagler Steakhouse at The Breakers
Flagler’s Valentine’s Evening Experience is a three-course, prix-fixe menu priced at $225 per person (subject to tax and service charge) served from 5 PM to 10 PM and includes an exclusive take home gift. The restaurant will also have a children’s menu available from 5 PM – 6 PM, for $95 per child (ages 12 and under); after 6 PM, children will be charged the regular adult price.

“Love at First Bite” hits tables on Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14 with
specials designed for two, including Maine lobster (3 lbs, $92), Swordfish loin ($85), and Jumbo King Crab legs (1.5 pounds $115). The regular full a la carte menu and an oyster sampler will be served as well.

Almond Palm Beach is serving a Valentine-inspired, blood-orange themed dinner ($90) all weekend long. Dine alfresco while eating bay scallop ceviche with blood orange leche de tigre, duck and foie gras ravioli, Turskish spiced lamb, and more.

Executive chef Tommy Nevill’s three-course Sweetheart Menu for two features a choice of soup or salad, surf and turf entrees, and dessert. Three selected wine pairings will also be showcased—one white, one red, and one champagne. The Sweetheart Menu is $190 for dine-in and $180 for curbside pickup and available from February 5 through February 14.
A bevy of love-inspired happenings takeover the Boca Raton Resort & Club this month, beginning with a candlelight couples yoga on February 11. Meanwhile, Colin Cowie’s new Marisol and The Lounge will offer prix fixe menus with wine and beverage pairings. At the spa, delight in “A Touch of Romance Couples Package,” featuring a 60-minute massage and a 30-minute foot and scalp massage.
