Miami Art Week 2023 | A Collaboration of Cars + Art at “The Patina Experience”

This past weekend, on December 8 and 9, 2023 at Miami Art Week, The Patina Collective, the world’s largest private collection of Mercedes, hosted “The Patina Experience,” a two-day event featuring rare Mercedes from the 80’s and 90’s set in a Middle Eastern era.

A Rare Mercedes Showcase: This past weekend, “The Patina Experience” showcased three Mercedes vehicles from the 80s and 90s, all of which have never been seen in the United States. For all the royal family followers, one was inspired by Princess Diana. Car enthusiasts and history aficionados were treated to a one-of-a-kind automotive journey through time and witnessed the audacious car customization culture of the Middle East.

Immersive Middle Eastern Ambiance: The event’s venue was transformed into a captivating 1980s Middle Eastern-themed oasis, complete with vibrant decor, music, Henna artists, and culinary delights.

Live Car Painting: On Saturday night, attendees were immersed in a live car painting by contemporary Los Angeles-based artist, Jahlil Nzinga.
