Opened in Minneapolis – Saint Paul in 2022, 2PinkSquirrels can be found inside Northtown Mall. Born out of the “Supper Club” cocktail culture of the midwest in the 1930s and 1940s – when ice cream-based cocktails like the Pink Squirrel became popular – 2PinkSquirrels breathes new life into these timeless cocktails in a retro atmosphere adorned with neon signs that read “Ain’t Nuttin’ Special” and “Fluffy AF.” The family-friendly, full-service bar is perfect for families to gather and enjoy adult ice cream-based milkshakes, elevated craft cocktails, 90’s cocktails, and kid-friendly milkshakes.

Ingredients:
4 oz Orange sherbet
2 oz Kraken Rum
2 oz Whole Milk
2 oz  Pumpkin Puree
1oz Crushed Graham Crackers
.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
.25 Allspice Dram

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
Garnish with whipped cream & crushed graham crackers
