Ingredients
- 2 oz UNA Vodka
- 0.75 oz Hibiscus-Rosemary-Lemon Syrup*
- 3 dash Lavender Bitters
- Top Club Soda
- 1 Rosemary Sprig
Directions
Step 1: Add the first three ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well.
Step 2: Pour into a highball or Collins glass and top with club soda.
Step 3: Garnish with a rosemary sprig and 1-2 spritz of rosemary hydrosol.
Hibiscus-Rosemary-Lemon Syrup Recipe *
Ingredients
- ½ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ cup Granulated Sugar
- 3-4 Lemon Peels
- 1 Lavender Bud
- 1 Dried Hibiscus Flower
- 1 cup Sugar
Directions
Step 1: Combine fresh lemon juice and granulated sugar in a pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Turn off the heat. Add lemon peels, lavender bud and dried hibiscus.
Step 3: Let it cool for 30 minutes and then strain the syrup into a bottle.
