Miami Artist Jen Stark Transforms Lincoln Road with Geometric Cascade Installation
Miami-based artist Jen Stark is transforming the façade of 818 N Lincoln Lane with her newest public installation, Geometric Cascade, bringing a burst of color and motion to Lincoln Road. Known for her intricate, optical designs that echo mandalas and sacred geometry, Stark has created an inverted-triangle composition on perforated vinyl that makes the building’s glass exterior appear to shimmer and vibrate. For this work, she crafted cascading, organic shapes that flow down the façade like falling snowflakes, blending seamlessly with the architecture while radiating her signature psychedelic energy.
The project carries a personal resonance for Stark, who began her artistic journey on Lincoln Road with her very first studio in 2007.
Geometric Cascade also coincides with a rare lifestyle-driven leasing opportunity, a private, never-before-used third-floor rooftop space, offering 5,366 square feet of interior space and a 4,323-square-foot rooftop terrace accessible via two dedicated elevators on Lincoln Lane.
