The Charred Sweet Corn is an elevated take on classic Elotes, or grilled Mexican street corn, in both flavor and destination on Higher Ground’s indoor-outdoor third floor courtyard. Be sure to pair with a local beer or a fruity cocktail for ultimate flavor.

Ingredients:

  • Whole corn
  • Kewpie Mayo
  • Tajin Spice
  • Cotija Cheese

Method:

  1. Clean whole corn from one side only.
  2. Steam at 200F for 20 minutes.
  3. Grill over medium high heat.
  4. Garnish with drizzled Kewpie Mayo, Tajin spice and crumbled cotija cheese.
