Mama Tried, one of downtown Miami’s most beloved haunts, is thrilled to announce the launch of its dazzling new cocktail menu. This exciting update not only marks a significant seven-year milestone for the upscale dive bar but also reflects a commitment to creating a unique experience that not only resonates with its female clientele but geared to all different palates featuring diverse flavor profiles.

We wanted to craft a menu that feels fresh and inviting, with choices that are as beautiful as they are delicious while still keeping in line with our affordable price point for a quality cocktail,” said Tyler Kitzman, managing partner and bar manager at Mama Tried. “Each drink is a reflection of current Miami cocktail trends featuring bright colors, fresh ingredients, and floral notes.”

The new menu is the bar’s biggest cocktail overhaul thus far and features a selection of new standout cocktails as well as keeping some all-stars with a little twist and even added a non-alcoholic section, including:

  • Red Flag: A sparkling concoction of Cazadores silver, fresh lime, agave nectar, strawberry-infused Aperol, and bubbles served in a champagne flute and garnished with an actual red flag.  Kitzman recommends this particular cocktail to kick off the evening.
  • Honey Deuce: An homage to the US Open, this delightful drink combines melon-infused Grey Goose, citrus, and a hint of malbec reduction, garnished with honeydew melon balls.
  • Pero Liiiike: Dragon berry infused tequila, fresh lime juice, guava, apricot liqueur and topped with ginger beer.  For an extra $1 – the bartender will take a polaroid photo for the customer to take home.
  • Something Spicier: A bold mix of Ilegal Mezcal, guajillo chili, lime, fresh watermelon, and spicy jalapeño-infused agave nectar.
  • Porn Star Martini: Mama Tried’s most famous cocktail gets an upgrade with a playful blend of vodka, passion fruit puree, and vanilla, served with a sidecar of bubbles and dehydrated pineapple.
  • Tiramisu Espresso Martini: A rich fusion of Patron Repo, fresh espresso, hazelnut, and a fluffy Baileys-infused cream cheese topping.

Mama Tried, located at 207 N.E. 1st Street, has been a staple in the Miami nightlife scene since its opening in June 2018.
