RECIPE
For 1 portion

Ingredients:
120 grams fresh grilled corn
35 grams mustard dressing (recipe below)
1 pinch chives and green onions (scallions)
1½ tbsp fresh pomegranate
Salt, black pepper and olive oil to taste
Equal parts coriander, parsley and mint to taste
1 lime wedge

Mix all ingredients together and adjust to taste. Finish with olive oil, scallion, black pepper and chives.

For the Mustard Dressing:
Whole-grain mustard
Merlot vinegar
Yuzu juice
Hot paprika
Olive oil
Salt
Honey
