Miami’s newest wellness-focused residential concept officially entered the market as North Development marked the sales launch of House of Wellness Brickell with a celebration at EAST Miami.
The event brought together North Development co-founders Ricardo Dunin and Juan Carlos Tassara, alongside Edgardo Defortuna, CEO of Fortune Development Sales, Carmen Casedella, VP of Sales at Fortune Development Sales, Lorenzo De Santis, VP of Sales at North Development, and Kat Flores, President at North Management.
Dunin and Tassara shared the vision behind the brand, highlighting how House of Wellness sets itself apart in Miami’s competitive condo market. Guests enjoyed curated brunch bites and drinks as brand visuals showcased the tower’s wellness-driven design philosophy.
“House of Wellness is rooted in the belief that wellbeing should be part of daily life, not reserved for occasional moments,” said Ricardo Dunin. “We designed this concept to integrate health, restoration, and design into one cohesive residential experience. And to do so at a price point that broadens access. For too long, wellness-focused buildings have been attainable only to the wealthiest buyers. It’s time to make this way of living accessible to everyone.”
House of Wellness introduces its Integrated Wellness Method, a structured approach that combines physical assessments and guided programming, all overseen by an on-site Lifestyle Director. The tower offers studios through two-bedroom residences, complemented by a robust amenity program including a spa with hammam and steam rooms, cold plunge, rooftop pool with cabanas, fitness facilities, co-working spaces, podcast room, salon, and pet-friendly amenities.
