Join us on Sunday, April 28th at 4pm at The New Schnitzel House (1085 NE 79TH ST.) where food enthusiasts will be treated to an exclusive menu prepared in collaboration with Caracas Bakery, a recently-named James Beard finalist. One standout dish is the housemade pastrami on Caracas rye bread with Thousand Island Dressing, Gruyère cheese & Haus Kraut. This culinary partnership promises to deliver a unique and mouth watering dining experience. To complement the dishes served, the local beverage legends of Unfiltered Hospitality will be crafting an exclusive cocktail menu, offering an eclectic assortment of refreshing and innovative drinks. POPLIFE tapped Technique Records, Miami's beloved record shop, to curate the musical elements of the inaugural 2024 Better With Friends experience. Renowned DJs David Rondon and Mike Deuce will be spinning the beats of past and present throughout the evening, ensuring an electric atmosphere.

DraftKings Presents: Gekkō x WAGYUMAFIA Dinner During F1 Miami

For one night only, DraftKings will bring together international wagyu expert Hisato Hamada of WAGYUMAFIA to host a unique pop-up dinner experience at Gekkō, the Japanese-inspired steakhouse led by David Grutman (Groot Hospitality) and Bad Bunny. On Thursday, May 2, during Formula One week in Miami, WAGYUMAFIA will collaborate with Gekkō’s executive chef Tony Mai for a six-course dinner experience. Gekkō is focused on fusing the beloved cuisine of a steakhouse with the precision and modernity of Japanese cooking. Executive chef Tony Mai will showcase Gekkō’s exceptional cuisine alongside dishes created by WAGYUMAFIA. This will mark Gekkō’s foray into experiential and collaboration dinners. Founded by self-taught chef and wagyu experts Hisato Hamada and entrepreneur Takafumi Horie, WAGYUMAFIA found its following through private dinner pop-ups which lead to the launch of their exclusive members-only restaurants across Tokyo. Since then, they've embarked on a global journey to educate consumers about authentic Japanese Wagyu. WAGYUMAFIA remains committed to introducing unique and innovative culinary experiences that challenge the norm.
