Frida Kahlo Residences Wynwood Launch | Art-Inspired Living in Miami

On Monday, January 26, 2026, PMG and LNDMRK Development hosted a vibrant celebration to mark the launch of Frida Kahlo Residences Wynwood, an iconic new residential development poised to become the world’s first Frida Kahlo–branded residential tower. The debut kicked off Frida Launch Week, a curated, immersive, weeklong celebration unveiling the property through artful experiences inspired by Frida Kahlo’s creative spirit and Wynwood’s cultural energy. The programming features live performances, dynamic culinary moments, inspired cocktails, and thoughtfully designed artistic activations.

On opening day, guests enjoyed local flavors while sipping Suite Habana’s signature coffee and indulging in an assortment of tacos and bites from Jajaja. Attendees also watched a live artist transform wine bottles into one-of-a-kind commemorative art pieces to take home; all set to the sounds of a live DJ. Frida Kahlo Residences will also introduce a health-focused lifestyle through its partnership with Baker Health, a New York–based concierge primary care and holistic wellness platform, which will debut its first Florida location on the ground level of the property.
