Kempinski Residences Miami Design District has just released a new set of renderings offering an early glimpse inside the brand’s first branded residential project in the United States, located at 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard at the gateway to the Design District.

The visuals reveal the project’s interior design vision by Rockwell Group, translating Kempinski’s European & hospitality-driven approach to luxury living into residential spaces.

The newly released renderings showcase the primary bedrooms, spa-inspired primary bathrooms, expansive kitchen and living areas designed for indoor-outdoor living, and the arrival lobby, which reflects the project’s service-centered residential lifestyle.

The development will feature 132 private residences across two 23-story towers, along with six townhomes and 17 guest suites available exclusively for residents. Amenities will span both towers and include wellness and leisure offerings such as a fitness center, spa and recovery zones, lap pool and cold plunge, restaurant with terrace seating, dining salons, screening room, golf and Formula 1 simulators, and family-focused outdoor spaces.
