On Sunday July 28th, join La Mar in celebrating a cornerstone of Peruvian national spirit, Peru’s Independence Day, also known as ‘Fiestas Patrias.’ This day marks a historic anniversary in Peru’s journey to sovereignty and is an essential piece of its rich cultural tapestry. Executive Chef Diego Oka has curated a special “Fiesta” brunch, exclusive to that day, to offer the most authentic rendition of a true Peruvian experience. The event will feature a variety of live food stations where guests can taste an array of traditional dishes, along with entertainment such as a live trio band and traditional dance performances that capture the essence and vibrancy of Peruvian culture.
