21 Hollywood Tops Off | Starlife Group Marks Milestone

One of Hollywood’s most highly anticipated new residential buildings is officially one step closer to reality. In December, Starlife Group marked the structural topping off of 21 Hollywood, a 14-story mixed-use tower rising at 2100 N. Federal Highway. The milestone signals growing momentum behind a project designed to bring a new level of luxury living and elevated amenities to the heart of Hollywood.

Rising in the rapidly growing city of Hollywood, 21 Hollywood is emerging as a catalyst for the area’s growth, bringing new residential density, lifestyle amenities and retail activation to an area long primed for transformation. The development will introduce 200 luxury rental residences alongside 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, reinforcing the city’s push toward vibrant, walkable mixed-use environments. The project is anticipated to open in early 2027.

The topping-off celebration drew city leadership, project partners and community stakeholders, underscoring the collaborative approach that has helped drive the project forward at an impressive pace. Hollywood Mayor Josh Levy and members of the City Commission joined Starlife Group Founder and CEO Gevorg Shahbazyan and the firm’s leadership team to mark the occasion.

“21 Hollywood stands as a defining project for this corridor, bringing new energy to a part of the city that has been poised for growth,” Shahbazyan said. “Topping off on our signature project in our own backyard, and doing so in such a short time, is a proud moment for our team and for the city. This project reflects our vision for a shining Hollywood, and it’s exciting to watch that vision take shape.”

Beyond its architectural presence, 21 Hollywood is designed to support modern urban living through its wide array of luxury amenities. Residents will have access to an elevated pool deck with private cabanas, a yoga and Pilates studio, a full fitness center, a golf simulator, a cinema room, co-working and business spaces, a game room, a children’s play area, and a dog park complete with a wash station. Ground-floor retail is expected to further enhance convenience, with plans for a café or beauty tenant that will serve both residents and the surrounding neighborhood.

Starlife Builders, led by Founder and President Arman Shahbazyan, served as general contractor, overseeing day-to-day operations and on-site delivery. The integrated approach helped ensure alignment between development planning and construction operations throughout the build.

As construction continues, 21 Hollywood is quickly becoming a symbol of what’s possible when private development and municipal collaboration align and where luxury development is headed next in South Florida. With its mix of luxury living, retail activation, and accelerated delivery, the project is positioning itself as a new landmark and a key driver of Hollywood’s next chapter.
