Yardbird’s Thanksgiving Turkey

Ingredients – Seasoning Marinade
- 1 ounce-Parsley, flat leaf, stem removed & chopped
- 2 ounces Rosemary, picked & chopped
- 2 ounces Garlic, minced
- 2 ounces Thyme, picked and chopped
- 1 ounce Black Pepper, ground
- 1 ounce Kosher Salt
- 1 cup Canola Oil
Method
- Combine all ingredients together then coat entire turkey with the seasoning marinade
- Allow turkey to Marinate a minimum of 3 hours before roasting
- Roast in oven at 325 degrees until internal temp of 165 is reached
- Allow turkey to rest at least 20 minutes before carving
