Yardbird’s Thanksgiving Turkey

Ingredients – Seasoning Marinade

  • 1 ounce-Parsley, flat leaf, stem removed & chopped
  • 2 ounces Rosemary, picked & chopped
  • 2 ounces Garlic, minced
  • 2 ounces Thyme, picked and chopped
  • 1 ounce Black Pepper, ground
  • 1 ounce Kosher Salt
  • 1 cup Canola Oil

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients together then coat entire turkey with the seasoning marinade
  2. Allow turkey to Marinate a minimum of 3 hours before roasting
  3. Roast in oven at 325 degrees until internal temp of 165 is reached
  4. Allow turkey to rest at least 20 minutes before carving
