Brand Atlantic Real Estate Partners has signed Kyma, recently named “NYC’s Best Greek Restaurantby Gotham Magazine, to open its first location outside of New York at their Banyan & Olive development in West Palm Beach’s Clematis Waterfront District. Kyma currently has two Manhattan locations—Flatiron and Hudson Yards—and a location in Roslyn, N.Y.  Kyma’s new West Palm location will open in 2025 and includes 8,000 square feet spanning across the ground floors of 111 Olive and 300 Banyan, and a 6,000-square foot rooftop space atop 300 Banyan.  The restaurant will anchor Brand Atlantic’s hospitality-driven, Class-A office development, offering its tenants luxury-lifestyle amenities and services, the first of its kind in West Palm Beach.

“Kyma is my personal favorite restaurant in New York City, and I am just thrilled that Mike Angeliades placed his trust in us for his first location outside of New York,” said Andrew Dance, Managing Partner, Brand Atlantic Real Estate Partners. “Bringing a world-class restaurant to Banyan & Olive fulfills a major goal for the development, but, more importantly, Kyma is a huge next step for the Clematis Waterfront culinary scene and a huge win for the residents and visitors of West Palm Beach.”

Co-founded by Greek-American businessman and veteran restauranteur, Merkourios (Mike) Angeliades, Kyma is a modern Greek restaurant embodying the culinary traditions and lively atmosphere from his birthplace in the Greek islands. The menu features customary Greek dishes with a modern flare using the highest quality extra virgin olive oil from the Peloponnese and fresh Mediterranean fish flown in daily.

“We are very excited to announce this Kyma location and look forward to serving our loyal and new customers here in West Palm Beach,” said Mike Angeliades, Owner, Kyma. “Kyma-West Palm’s unique combination of indoor, outdoor and rooftop spaces will make for truly memorable dining and cocktail experiences for our guests.”

300 Banyan is part of Brand Atlantic’s Banyan & Olive development along with 111 Olive, a brand-new renovation of a three-story, historic building by famed architect John Volk. 300 Banyan includes six floors of office space, featuring 20,000-square foot floor plates with shaded private terraces on every other floor, floor-to-ceiling glass with panoramic water views, energy efficient building materials and systems, column-free floorplans, 13’6” ceiling heights, and hands-free biometric building-access technologies. 300 Banyan offers an array of bespoke amenities, including an indoor-outdoor gym, seventh floor loggia and lounge, a golf simulator lounge, and commissioned art and sculptures throughout the property.
