A Culinary Experience Designed for Luxury Living
Luxury living in Miami continues to evolve, and at the highest levels, dining is becoming part of the ownership experience itself. At Bentley Residences Miami, culinary distinction is now firmly part of the lifestyle offering with the debut of Proper English by Todd English, an exclusive, resident-only restaurant curated by the four-time James Beard Award–winning chef.
Slated to open in early 2028, the restaurant marks Todd English’s first private residential dining concept, created exclusively for residents and their guests inside the world’s first Bentley-branded residential tower. The project brings together high-end real estate, hospitality, and a globally recognized culinary name, reflecting a broader shift in how luxury is defined in South Florida.
Inside Proper English by Todd English
Bentley Residences Miami, developed by Dezer Development, rises 61 stories along the oceanfront in Sunny Isles Beach. While the tower is known for its automotive-inspired design and ultra-private amenities, the introduction of a chef-driven dining experience elevates daily living in a way typically reserved for five-star resorts.
“Proper English by Chef Todd English will provide our residents with casual dining in a sophisticated environment and unique experiences created by a world-class chef,” said Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development. “Bentley Residences will deliver a coveted level of exclusivity and privacy while incorporating luxuries ordinarily found in a five-star resort, like this above and beyond culinary concept.”
Located on the lobby level, the private restaurant will overlook the resort-style pool and the Atlantic Ocean. Residents will have access to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as in-residence dining, private catering, and poolside service. Menus will rotate seasonally, reflecting English’s interpretation of rustic Mediterranean cuisine.
A Personal Chapter in Todd English’s Career
For English, whose career spans acclaimed restaurants, bestselling cookbooks, television appearances, and international concepts in Bali and Abu Dhabi, the Bentley Residences collaboration represents a new and highly personal format.

In addition to curated menus, residents can expect chef-led demonstrations and select personal appearances, reinforcing the intimate nature of the experience.
Design Inspired by the Bentley Brand
The restaurant’s interiors are designed by Bentley, extending the brand’s design DNA into the dining environment. High-gloss flooring references Bentley’s signature diamond patterning, while dark finishes, forest-green backlit banquettes, and dramatic wall louvers create an intimate, moody atmosphere.
Bar seating offers a more relaxed option, balancing privacy with social energy, while maintaining the elevated aesthetic expected within a Bentley-branded setting.
Redefining Residential Luxury in Miami
Beyond the dining experience, Bentley Residences Miami offers 216 luxury residences, each with a private heated swimming pool, summer kitchen, and expansive terrace. One of the project’s most distinctive features is the “Dezervator” car elevator system, allowing residents to travel directly to their homes inside their vehicles for maximum privacy.
