Lead Bartender Oscar Garcia from Corvina Seafood Grill shares his recipe for Summer Blues Spritzer, an invigorating drink made with blueberries, mint, Stoli Blueberry Vodka, lychee liqueur, lemon juice, and Bushmills Irish Whisky. It is perfect for anyone looking for a crisp and rejuvenating drink to cool down on a hot summer day.

 

Ingredients:

• 1.5oz Bushmills Irish Whiskey
• .75oz lemon juice
• .75oz simple syrup
• .5oz lychee liqueur 
• .5oz Stoli Blueberry vodka
• Blueberries 
• Mint

Method:

1. Muddled 6 Blueberries and Mint in a shaker tin. 
2. Add all ingredients and ice to a shaker tin.  
3. Pour into Collins Glass. Top off with club soda.
