Capa Steakhouse
At Capa, guests are treated to a rooftop dining experience overlooking beautiful Orlando, with a nightly fireworks show adding to the ambiance. Savor the mouthwatering pork belly and robust steak, perfectly paired with sides like corn polenta and garlic mashed potatoes. Don’t miss the Spaniard tomato bread, a savory delight that complements the rich flavors of the menu. Our experience here was inpeccable – and our server, wayne was top notch  – along with all of their staff!  Well deserving of their Michelin Star!

Capa recently received recognition from the Embassy of Spain with the prestigious “Restaurants from Spain” certification. This certification recognizes quality, authentic restaurants in the US that represent traditional Spanish menu items and incorporate authentic products imported from Spain. The certification committee found that Capa’s menu comprises 48 percent Spanish dishes, with descriptions in both Spanish and English. Offerings include Spanish Iberico ham, charcuterie, Marcona almonds, sherry vinegar, Pimentón de la Vera smoked paprika, and Spanish cheeses. Additionally, Capa carries a wine list with nearly 60 percent of wines from Spain, as well as some Spanish liqueurs. The presence of several Spanish-speaking team members, another important criterion for certification, further qualified the restaurant.

While dining at Ravello, their onsite sommelier was so knowledge in helping us choose the perfect wine to complement our meal – making our experience something unforgettable!

Ravello is the Resort’s modern Italian restaurant, serving pizza, bread and pasta made entirely from scratch, and numerous Italian specialties. Guests love Schenardi’s housemade limoncello and charcuterie, and the delicious fresh pasta. In June 2022, Ravello received a recommendation in the first Michelin Guide for Miami, Orlando and Tampa, while sister restaurant, Capa, on the Resort’s 17th floor, is rated one Michelin star.
