Discover the most compelling exhibitions, installations, and neighborhood moments to experience during the city’s biggest cultural week. During Miami Art Week (December 1-7), Greater Miami & Miami Beach transforms into a destination-wide gallery, as museums, neighborhoods and public spaces welcome collectors, curators and culture-seekers from around the world. At the center is Art Basel Miami Beach (December 5-7) at the Miami Beach Convention Center with more than 250 galleries from 35 countries and over 4,000 works, complemented by Miami Art Week Fairs such as Art Miami, CONTEXT, Design Miami, Untitled, NADA, SCOPE and Prizm along with citywide activations and public art that highlight Miami as a global hub for art, culture and lifestyle.

Christo and Jeanne-Claude Exhibition at The Betsy Hotel

During Miami Art Week 2025, The Betsy Hotel’s Exhibitions Program, curated by owner Lesley Goldwasser, showcases 38 limited-edition works by Christo and Jeanne-Claude, many photographed by Wolfgang Volz. The exhibition highlights the artists’ visionary approach and Volz’s documentation of their monumental installations, which challenged bureaucracy, inspired community engagement, and offered enduring commentary on the environment. A free public opening event will take place on Thursday, December 4, at 10 p.m.
Public Art on Lincoln Road

For Miami Art Week 2025, Lincoln Road, an open-air promenade and year-round public art park, features 14 large-scale works by international and local artists, including Philippe Katerine, Gillie and Marc, Rubem Robierb and Call to Artists winner Oscar Esteban Martinez. Highlights include Katerine’s whimsical pink inflatables, Martinez’s mirrored “La Herencia Viva,” Robierb’s interactive “Dream Machine” and “Empower Flower,” and Gillie and Marc’s new bronze sculptures that merge playfulness with messages of identity, hope and conservation.
Vanishing Act by David LaChapelle at VISU Contemporary

VISU Contemporary presents Vanishing Act (November 29, 2025, through January 31, 2026), a landmark exhibition by world-renowned photographer David LaChapelle featuring more than 30 works, including nine world premieres, that explore beauty, crisis and spirituality in a world in flux. The exhibition opens with a free public event with LaChapelle on Friday, December 5, from 6-9 p.m., highlighting new pieces such as “Will the World End in Fire, Will the World End in Ice” and additions to his acclaimed “Negative Currency” series.
Chromasthesia at The Gates Hotel South Beach

During Miami Art Week, The Gates Hotel South Beach partners with NFTCLT for Chromasthesia, a weeklong sensory showcase from December 1-7, featuring emerging Toronto-based artist LOTUS(9) and her AI-powered digital works alongside muralists Morazul, Victoria Citro and Punk Me Tender. The series of events includes immersive art, music and wellness experiences, exclusive gatherings, and a Sunsets on South Beach event with Kool King Coconut Water, founded by music legend Robert “Kool” Bell.
As part of Chromasthesia’s programming from December 1-7, The Gates Hotel South Beach also presents Listen to Your Heart in partnership with One Love Art DAO, an immersive exhibition uniting global artists through projection mapping and mixed-media installations. Blending the digital and physical, the showcase transforms the hotel into a vibrant hub of international collaboration and creative expression, featuring works by Marlon Pruz, Superama and YuZapata. Group Exhibition at Dolly and Oz Presents

Dolly and Oz Presents, a contemporary gallery in South Beach dedicated to bold and emotionally resonant work from emerging and underrepresented artists, debuts a group exhibition featuring Lyall Aston, Marc Schmidt, Farís Saleh, Azizi DeSouza and Bari Bing. From photography and sculpture to painting and mixed media, the exhibition reflects the gallery’s mission to foster creativity and community through exhibitions, performances and intimate gatherings.
Borderline at The Goodtime Hotel

For Miami Art Week, The Goodtime Hotel presents borderline, a collaborative exhibition with Queue Gallery, Supermarket Gallery and Miami Art Society featuring 11 South Florida-based artists across painting, photography, sculpture and ceramics. Opening with a free public reception on Thursday, November 20, from 7-11 p.m., the show transforms the hotel’s interiors into immersive vignettes that invite viewers to linger in the in-between, with works on view daily through December 8.
Art Exhibition with Hira Majeed at Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club

For Miami Art Week, Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club presents an exhibition by multidisciplinary artist Hira Majeed, transforming the Riviera and Riviera Terrace into a serene, reflective gallery space. Showcasing a selection of new and award-winning works across painting and sculpture, the exhibition delves into themes of love, loss and transformation. Open to the public, the exhibition will be available for viewing from Monday, December 1 to Sunday, December 7 from 9 a.m.–10 p.m. with an opening reception night on Thursday, December 4 at 6:30-8:30 p.m. in The Riviera Room. Public Art at Arlo Wynwood

Arlo Wynwood, the first hotel to open in Miami’s creative and cultural district, serves as a living canvas showcasing more than 250 works by local and international artists. Piper & Skye at Mana Fashion Art Basel Edition

Piper & Skye, the responsible luxury handbag brand, will showcase its ethically crafted collection at the Mana Fashion Pop‑Up: Art Basel Edition Pop-Up, taking place December 3–6, 2025 at Mana Wynwood Convention Center. The Junk Machine at MAD Arts

MAD Arts, a 50,000-square-foot museum and creative hub dedicated to art and technology, presents The Junk Machine by conceptual artist ClownVamp through December 7. The interactive installation features a bright pink robot that generates endless AI-produced “junk mail,” prompting reflection on how artificial intelligence can shift from a tool of creativity to one of mass production and visual overload.
