Miami Beach Seafood Bistro & Garden Joliet Now Offers Weekend Brunch

At the New Orleans inspired restaurant by the behind Lost Boy & Co., a seafood-forward menu makes way for guests to pull up a seat at the raw bar, enjoy late-night poolside snacks, or indulge in a weekend dinner with friends and family. Recently, the popular seafood bistro & garden located in Miami’s South Beach launched a weekend brunch complete with new bold, flavorful dishes and boozy cocktails. New items include BBQ Shrimp & Grits served New Orleans style with Worcestershire and garlic butter, Johnny Cakes – cornmeal pancakes served with smoked lemon butter, seasonal jam, maple syrup, Steak ‘n Eggs served with Joliet butter, herb salad and fries, a giant Cinnamon Roll with a cream cheese glaze served tableside, graham cracker streusel and coconut flakes, Clam Pappardelle served with sweet corn, pickled Fresno, Thai basil, Calabrian chili breadcrumb, and the New Orleans inspired “Hot Brown” Toast served open faced with oven roasted turkey, confit tomato, fried egg and black pepper gravy. Joliet’s signature raw bar items, appetizers and salads are also available. Boozy brunch offerings by the talented beverage team include Bloody Marys, Mimosas, French 75, Espresso Martinis and more. Brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday from 11 am – 3 pm.
