On May 22, 2024, Gale Miami Hotel & Residences hosted a Macallan tasting and dinner curated by Chef Erhan Özkaya to a selection of South Florida brokers. The event was set on the 9th floor of the 51-story building, in the brand-new, classic Gale Speakeasy. Guests at the event enjoyed a 45-minute Macallan tasting followed by a three-course seated dinner featuring a Macallan-infused tiramisu for dessert, developed by Chef Özkaya for the dinner exclusively. About 30 South Florida brokers attended the event, along with board members of Cervera Real Estate and GFO Investments. Gale Miami Hotel & Residences will open its doors on June 1st, and is now taking reservations at https://www.galehotelmiami.com. The residences portion of Gale Miami Hotel & Residences is over 60% sold, presenting a range of studio, 1- and 2-bedroom units priced from the mid $500s to over $1 million.
