A dynamic panel of Miami’s top real estate voices and city leaders came together last Friday, May 30, for “Front Row Seat to 2027 – Miami’s Evolving Urban Renaissance,” an in-depth conversation hosted at the 14 ROC sales gallery at Ten Museum Park.
The event spotlighted how transformative developments like 14 ROC, a forthcoming 283-unit luxury condominium tower, and the I-395 Signature Bridge are reshaping Downtown Miami’s urban core by connecting neighborhoods, creating public spaces, and elevating the city’s global appeal.
Russell Galbut, Founder of GFO Investments and Crescent Seas and Co-Founder of Crescent Heights, shared his vision for 14 ROC and emphasized the importance of public-private collaboration in building a more accessible, interconnected downtown.
Andrew Frey, Director of the City of Miami’s Department of Real Estate & Asset Management, detailed the city’s plans to introduce more pedestrian-friendly, green spaces beneath the Signature Bridge, while Alicia Cervera, Managing Partner of Cervera Real Estate, offered insight into buyer demand and how the Arts & Entertainment District is evolving into a thriving live-work-play neighborhood.
Brokers, developers, and real estate industry leaders in attendance gained an exclusive look at what’s next for the city as it prepares for a new chapter of growth ahead of 2027. For more information, visit www.14roc.com.
