For the main course, choose from options such as Lobster Bouillabaisse with mussel, shrimp, saffron tomato broth, and satsuma, a succulent Filet Mignon with au poivre sauce, potato gratin, and heirloom carrot, or the flavorful Rosemary Chicken with sweet n’ sour gastrique, roasted grape, and jasmine rice.
