Located in the SLS Brickell Hotel, in the heart of Brickell on South Miami Avenue, Sushi By Bou showcases the finest imported Japanese fish with two Omakase options: a 12 course, $60 experience, and a premium offering of 17 courses for $100. Allow our chefs to guide you through our intimate tasting menu while you soak in the luxurious surroundings of our art house-inspired decor and design, featuring rich black and gold design elements, ingrained into the elegance of the surrounding SLS Hotel property.
