Allow our chefs to guide you through our intimate tasting menu while you soak in the luxurious surroundings of our art house-inspired decor and design, featuring rich black and gold design elements, ingrained into the elegance of the surrounding SLS Hotel property. Sushi By Bou also offers a selection of craft cocktails, imported sake, and fine Japanese spirits.
