Paralia at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne is participating in Miami Spice with special three-course lunch and dinner menus available Sunday through Thursday. The $40 lunch menu features starters such as Hummus with warm pita and watermelon-tomato jam or Spanakopita with spinach, feta and herbs, followed by entrées including Adana Kebab, Şiş Kebab Trio or Izmir Meatballs. Dessert selections include Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts or rich Crème Chocolate.

Dinner
For dinner, guests can enjoy a three-course menu for $65 featuring Greek Village Salad or Paralia Salata Istanbul to start, followed by Chicken Shawarma, Gyro Beef or the restaurant’s signature Şiş Kebab Trio.
