12th Annual South Beach Seafood Festival Returns

The highly anticipated 2024 South Beach Seafood Festival is back for its 12th year, promising an unparalleled celebration of ocean-fresh delicacies, vibrant entertainment, and the quintessential Miami Beach vibe. This four-day culinary extravaganza marks the official start of Miami’s stone crab season and showcases the finest in seafood cuisine from South Florida's top chefs and restaurants. This year's festival introduces an exciting all-inclusive format for Saturday’s main event, enhancing the attendee experience with unlimited food and beverages included in the ticket price. Wednesday, Oct. 23: “An Evening at Joe’s Stone Crab,” an exclusive five-course meal. Thursday, Oct. 24: GOYA Foods’ Executive Chef Fernando Desa leads the chef-driven "Crabs, Slabs, and Cabs," a formal sit-down dinner offering an international take on the traditional surf and turf dish. Friday, Oct. 25: The “VIP Chef Showdown,” will be hosted by celebrity chef, Robert Irvine, from Food Network’s “Restaurant: Impossible,” where over 23 of Miami’s top chefs will compete in 11 seafood showdowns to prove who is the master of skill in their respective categories. Saturday, Oct. 26: The main event, the “Seafood Slam.” The grand tasting format offers all-inclusive tickets, allowing attendees to enjoy unlimited food and beverages throughout the day.

The vibrant walk-around festival, which will take place at The Urban in Miami’s Overtown neighborhood, will be a memorable celebration of food, wine and community showcasing Miami’s top BIPOC chefs and culinary talent. Frito-Lay®, part of the PepsiCo Foods portfolio, has signed on as the presenting partner for the festival and will be bringing flavorful bites and recipes featuring their iconic brands to the festivities. The doors open at 1PM for attendees who can expect a unique and immersive culinary experience featuring delectable dishes, stellar wines and libations, dynamic brand activations, and more. The festival lineup will feature top locally and nationally renowned culinary talent including Wade’s personal Chef Richard Ingraham; Marcus Samuelsson (Red Rooster Overtown); Chef Irie; Eileen Andrade (Amelia’s 1931 & Finka Table & Tap); Giorgio Rapicavoli (Luca Osteria, Eating House, Mayfair Grill); Andrew Gonzalez (Night Owl Cookies); Diego Ng and Alex Kuk (Temple Street Eatery); and Derrick “Chef Teach” Turton (World Famous House of Mac), among others. 21+ Event.
