Now in its second edition, this landmark cultural and culinary festival returns with a bold lineup of more than 50 influential figures across gastronomy, the arts, and Mexican culture. Over the course of six immersive days, the event will spotlight Mexico’s rich heritage through a dynamic program of exclusive dinners, cultural performances, panel discussions, and hands-on workshops.

A centerpiece of this year’s celebration is a gala dinner honoring Chef Enrique Olvera, one of Mexico’s most iconic culinary ambassadors. The tribute will be brought to life by a select group of his acclaimed protégés, chefs who have become trailblazers in their own right.

Additional highlights include a series of signature dining experiences presented by the Xcaret Hotels Gastronomic Collective, as well as curated tastings, conversations with thought leaders, and multidisciplinary performances that explore Mexico’s past, present, and future through the lens of food and culture.
