Gingerbread Bread Pudding

Gingerbread Bread Pudding: Cozy Holiday Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cubed brioche or challah

  • 1½ cups whole milk

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup molasses

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp ginger

  • ½ tsp nutmeg

  • Powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • In a bowl, whisk milk, cream, molasses, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and spices.

  • Add bread cubes and toss to coat.

  • Rest 10 minutes to absorb.

  • Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake 40–45 minutes.

  • Dust with powdered sugar when serving.
