Gingerbread Bread Pudding

Ingredients

6 cups cubed brioche or challah

1½ cups whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup molasses
-
½ cup brown sugar

3 eggs
-
2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon
-
1 tsp ginger
-
½ tsp nutmeg

Powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, whisk milk, cream, molasses, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and spices.

Add bread cubes and toss to coat.

Rest 10 minutes to absorb.

Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake 40–45 minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar when serving.
