German Cabieses Named Managing Director of El-Ad National Properties’ ALINA Residences Boca Raton as Second/Final Phase Continues to Move Toward Completion

Noam Ziv, CEO of El-Ad National Properties, an Elad Group company with a South Florida-based team, is pleased to announce that 19-year industry leader German Cabieses has been appointed managing director of ALINA Residences. The award-winning, world-class residential destination is located in the heart of downtown Boca Raton at 200 SE Mizner Boulevard, Boca Raton, FL 33432.

Cabieses, a Boca Raton resident, will manage the entire ALINA Residences community, including ALINA 200, completed in March 2021; ALINA 210, scheduled for delivery in summer 2024; and ALINA 220, scheduled for delivery in late 2024. ALINA 200 is sold out and occupied. ALINA 210 and ALINA 220, the project’s second/final phase, have both topped off. Once completed, the full luxury property will encompass a total of 303 units, shared spaces and luxurious amenities on an approximately 9-acre private campus.

He brings extraordinary experience managing large scale condominium properties and luxury hotels. As the regional director for Castle Group, he oversaw the luxury high-rise market within the Miami-Dade County area. He also held the role of managing director at the high-end Peninsula Community & Residences in Aventura, FL. His portfolio also includes establishments such as W South Beach, Marriott International and Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

Cabieses holds a Bachelor of Science in hospitality management (magna cum laude) from Florida International University in Miami. In addition, he earned a Certification of Standards from the National Restaurant Association and a licensed Community Association Management (CAM) certification from the Department of Business & Professional Regulation in Miami.

Construction preview tours are now being scheduled for select units in ALINA 210 and ALINA 220, with preference offered to new purchasers.
