Bryant Miller Olive P.A. (BMO) is pleased to announce that five attorneys have been named to the 2024 Florida Super Lawyers list.
The five BMO shareholders selected to the 2024 Florida Super Lawyers list are David C. Miller, Esq. (15th year selected as a Super Lawyer), Alan S. Zimmet, Esq. (ninth year selected as a Super Lawyer), Denise M. Heekin, Esq. (sixth year selected as a Super Lawyer), Ellie W. Neiberger, Esq. (fourth year selected as a Super Lawyer; she was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2015–2019), and Kareem Spratling, Esq (first year selected as a Super Lawyer; he was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2010).
Miller is a member of BMO’s Labor & Employment practice group in the firm’s Miami office, and Heekin is the managing shareholder of the Miami office and the head of the Firm’s Labor and Employment group. Zimmet is a member of the firm’s State & Local Government practice group in the firm’s Tampa office. Neiberger is chair of the Litigation practice group in the firm’s Miami office, with a focus on Appellate Advocacy, Litigation and Dispute Resolution. As the managing shareholder of BMO’s Tampa office, Spratling focuses his practice primarily in the areas of Public Finance and New Markets Tax Credits.
