Lefferts, a real estate development firm specializing in high-quality residential and commercial properties in Miami and New York, proudly unveiled its latest luxury condominium tower in the North Beach neighborhood, PALMA Miami Beach Residences. Located at 600 71st Street, steps away from the beach, this opulent condominium tower promises an unparalleled lifestyle experience.

Slated for completion in early 2026, PALMA will stand 14 stories tall and feature 126 fully furnished, turnkey residences spanning from 405 to 889 square feet, and seven penthouse units, ranging between 414 to 1,342 square feet. Designed by national architecture firm, Built Form, the LEED Gold-certified tower is situated in the pedestrian-friendly North Beach neighborhood where the vibrant Miami nightlife and cultural hotspots come together in a peaceful beachside community.

Crafted by local design firm, Studio Ramirez,, PALMA’s residences will pay homage to South Florida’s tropical landscapes, with subtle Miami Beach influences. All residences will boast private balconies, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling impact-resistant glass doors, with select units overlooking the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. Gourmet kitchens will be appointed with European cabinetry, high-end Bosch appliances and sleek stone countertops and backsplashes, while bathrooms will feature frameless glass shower enclosures and premium, European-style fixtures.

PALMA will offer residents true resort-style living through lavish amenities and communal spaces. From the double-height lobby with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows to the resort-style pool with cabanas, wellness hot tub and arctic cold plunge pools, every aspect is designed to elevate daily living. An outdoor summer kitchen and a private pool deck, complete with a private bar and lounge, will entice residents to unwind in style. Additional perks include 24-hour access to a media and game lounge and a state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with Technogym equipment.

“We are thrilled to bring another exciting, luxury residential project to the charming North Beach community,” said Mendy Chudaitov, founder of Lefferts. “PALMA Miami Beach Residences will offer an intimate atmosphere paired with modern amenities, technology and curated retail concepts, further enhancing the fabric of this residential, coastal community, while improving the quality of life and options available for families looking to make North Beach their home.”

OneWorld Properties will manage the sales & marketing for PALMA.
