The Diplomat’s Dragonfruit Mojito

Ingredients

• 1.25 oz. Bacardi Silver Rum
• 1 oz. Monin Dragonfruit Syrup
• 1 oz. Lime Juice
• 10 Mint Leaves
• 1 oz. Q Mixers Club Soda

Directions

1. In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the mint.
2. Add the rum, syrup and lime juice, and top with ice.
3. Shake vigorously.
4. Strain into a tall Highball glass
5. Top with club soda and stir well.
6. Garnish and serve.
