On March 18, 2026, Commercial Real Estate Women Miami (CREW Miami) hosted Art & Ambition at the Colonnade Hotel in Coral Gables, bringing together industry professionals for a conversation with Jessica Goldman Srebnick, Co-chair of Goldman Properties and CEO/Curator of the Wynwood Walls Museum. The discussion was moderated by Julia Grachova, VP of Business Development and Governmental Legal Affairs at Fuse Group and CREW Miami President-Elect.

In a city defined by constant evolution, few neighborhoods capture the intersection of creativity and commerce quite like Wynwood. The conversation offered insight into how long-term vision, leadership, and cultural awareness continue to shape one of Miami’s most recognizable districts.

Wynwood, Vision, and the Future of Commercial Real Estate

Rather than focusing solely on market trends, the discussion explored broader themes influencing commercial real estate today. Leadership, accountability, and the balance between innovation and human connection emerged as defining elements of sustainable growth.

At the center of that conversation was the idea that real estate is not simply transactional. It is, instead, a creative discipline with the ability to leave a lasting imprint on both cities and communities.

“I fell in love with real estate and the ability to put your fingerprints on the planet for generations.”

That perspective reflects a development philosophy shaped by legacy and long-term thinking. Influenced by her father, Tony Goldman, Goldman Srebnick described an approach rooted in conviction and a willingness to challenge conventional models. It is a mindset that has played a defining role in Wynwood’s transformation.

Today, Wynwood stands as an example of intentional development—where art, culture, and commercial real estate are not separate forces, but interconnected elements of a larger vision. Its evolution underscores the importance of preserving identity while allowing for growth, a balance that remains increasingly relevant across urban markets.

AI, Innovation, and the Human Factor

The conversation also turned to the role of technology and artificial intelligence in shaping the future of business. As tools become more advanced, they offer new ways to analyze, operate, and scale. Yet the discussion emphasized that innovation must remain grounded in human perspective.

Supported by TD Bank, the conversation reflected a shared focus on forward-thinking growth while maintaining a human-centered approach to leadership and decision-making.

That balance—between efficiency and human connection—continues to define how leaders approach change in commercial real estate and beyond.

Leadership, Confidence, and Evolving Perspectives

As the discussion concluded, the focus shifted toward confidence, inclusion, and the evolving dynamics of leadership.

“I learned from a very early age, and from both my parents that any room that you walk into, you belong in, and you can stand shoulder to shoulder with anybody,” said Goldman Srebnick. “It’s best to embrace all the best qualities that a human being has to offer.”

The message was clear: leadership today is not about fitting into a predefined mold, but about recognizing the value of diverse strengths and perspectives.

Moderated by Grachova, the conversation also underscored the importance of continued dialogue within the industry. As commercial real estate evolves, opportunities to learn, engage, and exchange ideas remain essential to its future.

CREW Network Convention 2026 in Miami

Looking ahead, CREW Miami will serve as a host chapter for the CREW Network Convention in Miami from September 23–25, 2026, bringing together more than 1,400 professionals from around the world. For organizations interested in participating or aligning with future initiatives, Grachova serves as a point of contact for sponsorship opportunities.

A special thank you to TD Bank for supporting the conversation and its continued commitment to innovation, community engagement, and human-centered growth within the commercial real estate industry.
