On Wednesday, April 29, Continuum Company hosted an exclusive launch celebration for Continuum 12000 Sport & Wellness Residences, welcoming media, brokers, and industry leaders for an immersive first look at the highly anticipated waterfront development. The evening began with a champagne reception at the sales gallery, followed by remarks from Bruce Eichner and Phil Gutman, during which guests previewed the project’s vision and scale model. Attendees then continued to the project site for a celebration, featuring wellness cocktails, light bites, live entertainment, and a finale show set along Biscayne Bay.
