Café Boulud Palm Beach | Valentine’s & Galentine’s Dining Experiences 2026

This Valentine’s season, Café Boulud Palm Beach is celebrating romantic relationships and meaningful friendships alike, with its annual Valentine’s Day prix fixe menus by Executive Chef Christopher Zabita, and a new Galentine’s Teatime, conceptualized by acclaimed Pastry Chef and chocolatier Rosana Quintero. Set in the Brazilian Court Hotel, which is celebrating its centennial year, Café Boulud is a timeless setting to celebrate lasting love in all its forms.

On Saturday, February 14, guests can partake in a romantic three-course prix fixe Valentine’s Day brunch or dinner in the iconic and intimate restaurant by Chef Daniel Boulud. From 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM, evening visitors can choose from bold flavors and seasonal dishes such as crabe et pomme and terrine de foie gras, to rigatoni au fenouil and loup de mer. Lovers opting for brunch, from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, can enjoy lovely options from salade d’hiver to classic buttermilk waffles. The Valentine’s Day dinner experience is priced at $220 per person, and Valentine’s Day brunch is priced at $95 per person.

From February 9^th-13^th, Café Boulud’s beloved Afternoon Tea Service will be transformed into Galentine’s Teatime: an afternoon of indulgences, sweet treats, hot tea, and bubbles. With a menu created by Pastry Chef Rosana Quintero, Galentine’s Teatime offers both sweet and savory bites perfect for sharing, from chocolate Paris Brest to Tarte aux Betteraves (beetroot tart). Priced at $68 per person, this experience provides an ideal ambience to celebrate with loved ones and honor female friendships.

To toast to love, both platonic and romantic, the Café Boulud team has also crafted a signature pink martini featuring strawberry and raspberry flavors to complement the teatime sweets, priced at $22, which will be available a la carte during these specialty experiences.
