Bottomless Brunch at Lightkeepers at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami

Inspired by the Cape Florida Lighthouse and named for those who watched over ships sailing coast, Lightkeepers at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami introduces diners to contemporary, coastal cuisine. On Sundays from 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., the premier oceanfront restaurant with striking views of the Atlantic offers a Bottomless Brunch for $39 per person. Guests can choose from unlimited bubbly, Brunch Punch, Sangria, Bloody Marys, Mimosas, Brugal 1888 Mojitos, and draft beer. 

Menu selections include fresh raw bar offerings such as seasonal oysters, Key West Shrimp Cocktail, and a luxe Lighthouse Tower prepared to serve 4 guests – seasonal oysters, jumbo shrimp, snow crab claws, tuna crudo, corvina ceviche served with cocktail sauce, mignonette, horseradish mustard sauce, fresh lemon. Starters include Smoked Wahoo Dip served with celery salad, grilled flatbread, chili-lemon salt, Crispy Crab Cake served with citrus preserve, old bay remoulade, and a savory Ropa Vieja Empanada with short rib, tomato, olive, and raisin. Not-to-be-missed are brunch favorites like the French Toast served with berry compote, cherry preserve butter, and Egg Benedict – poached egg, crispy pork, tomatillo hollandaise.
