Zachary Zinn, corporate executive vice president of Craig Zinn Automotive Group (CZAG), has been named to Automotive News’ 2025 40 Under 40 list. This annual national program honors 40 high achievers under 40 years old who are making an impact at franchise new-car dealerships across the country.

Automotive News received nominations from across the U.S. and identified outstanding performers in a large field of high-quality talent at dealerships. This year’s honorees are a diverse group with a broad range of titles and backgrounds. These bright stars were profiled in the July 14, 2025 issue of Automotive News, the leading news source for the global automotive industry.

Zinn began his career in automotive retail in 2011. Since that time, he has successfully led the development and expansion of the Toyota of Hollywood Used Car Supercenter. At Subaru of Pembroke Pines, he played a key role in increasing new car sales, establishing the dealership as a top-performing location. This success led to the expansion of the brand in South Florida with a new dealership location, which is soon to be announced.

Since then, he has successfully led the development and expansion of the Toyota of Hollywood Used Car Supercenter. After relocating the center to a larger facility in 2023, he helped grow used-car sales by approximately 10 percent and added a body shop and used commercial vehicle line. At Subaru of Pembroke Pines, he played a key role in increasing new car sales, establishing the dealership as a top-performing location. This success led to the expansion of the brand in South Florida with a new dealership location in West Kendall, which is expected to open in 2026.

Zinn has overseen multi-million-dollar renovation and expansion projects, including Subaru and Toyota locations, ensuring modernized facilities and enhanced customer experience. His leadership in corporate financial oversight has improved operational efficiencies, reduced overhead costs, and streamlined dealership profitability.

Zinn is actively involved in industry associations, including The Florida Auto Dealers Association, where he serves as a board member; and The Acura NCM 20 Group.

He has been a strong advocate for philanthropic efforts within the automotive industry, spearheading multiple community initiatives and dealership partnerships that have significantly impacted local organizations.

Zachary is extremely well-deserving of this recognition,” said Craig Zinn, president and CEO of CZAG. “Since he began his career in the automotive industry at a very young age, he has gained hands-on experience in various departments, eventually moving into service, finance, and sales roles that built his foundation for dealership operations and leadership.”

“This is such an honor and a meaningful opportunity to continue the legacy my grandfather and father built,” said Zachary Zinn. “The family business has shaped who I am, and I’m proud to carry it forward with purpose.”
