Miami has covered the gamut with branded condos from hotel brands, designer brands, car brands, chef brands and now art brands recently announced selling pre-construction in the Wynwood Arts District in Miami.

Art has always played an important part in Miami condo buildings, usually with a signature sculpture at the entrance and/or prominent paintings in the lobby. Now, the next trend is art branded or themed condo buildings with artist names and images associated with the building and/or curated monumental art built into the structure like wall murals.
