The Kimpton Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort’s Sunset Chef’s Table acclaimed dinner series continues this month on Thursday, October 24 with a very special evening at the gorgeous al fresco Escape Rooftop Bar. Executive Chef Michael Mayer of La Fuga, will feature a special menu inspired by and expertly paired with special selections from Moët Hennessy’s world-renowned portfolio. Guests will glory in the rooftop’s breathtaking sunset views and casual chic ambiance while enjoying the best of the best in wine and cuisine. Guests will enjoy a live jazz duet during dinner and will take home a carefully curated luxury Moët Hennessy amenity. This exquisite, sure-to-be-memorable dinner is a must for all oenophiles and reservations for the experience – limited to 16 guests – are required. The evening’s beverage pairings will be presented by, Tara O’Leary of Moët Hennessy, an industry expert with a global wine perspective. Tara, who has been certified by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and accredited by the Society of Wine Educators as a certified specialist of wine, has traveled the world to diversify her wine knowledge, spending time in regions including South Africa, Argentina, Spain, France, Italy and California, among others. She will guide diners through the evening, which will feature Chef Mayer’s culinary stylings paired with premium selections from the Moët portfolio. Her knowledge and experience are sure to add a unique perspective to the evening.
